Opera behind the curtain

Internationally renowned Opera Director, Rodula Gaitanou is in Melbourne directing Rossini's "William Tell" for Victorian Opera. She has generously agreed to step away from rehearsals to join us for a Members' dinner on Tuesday 26th June!

She is Athens born, Paris trained and London based. She has worked as a Director for major opera houses and festivals in Europe (Britain, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Greece), China and Australia. Recent productions include La Traviata, Ariadne auf Naxos, Pagliacci, Tosca, and Carmen. Her next production is Lucia di Lammermoor for Opera Hedeland, Denmark.
