Susan is a Non Executive Director of listed companies CNPR and Coffey International. After completing a successful capital restructure, Susan recently retired as chairman of Fusion Retail Brands, an unlisted company comprising footwear, clothing and accessories in retail, wholesale, online and clearance formats. She is an experienced company director of 18 years and previously served on the boards of major Australian listed companies including top 30 ASX company Transurban Group, Centro Properties Group (where she was a member of the board that achieved the successful restructure), Programmed Group, Just Group and mutual health funds group MBF. Current Not-for-profit roles include Melbourne Chamber Orchestra and the Victorian Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) council. Susan is chairman and co-founder of newly formed Scale Investors – a women’s angel capital network.
Susan is an entrepreneur and is the co-inventor of two software systems and founder of a technology start-up company. She serves on the assessment panel for the Victorian government science and technology innovation grants program. She teaches risk, strategy and decision making modules for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
