Prof Lesa Scholl
Professor Lesa Scholl, FRHistS, is Dean and Vice Master at Queen’s College, University of Melbourne. She has extensive global networks in education through her interdisciplinary research profile, which focuses on nineteenth-century history and literature, economics, food security, mental health, gender, and the history of medicine. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of International Affairs. Professor Scholl has experience in working on boards of NFPs, as Vice Master at Queen’s and also previous as Master of Kathleen Lumley College, University of Adelaide, where she drove a successful strategic plan for advancement and community engagement, as well as successfully managing the finances through the COVID years with primarily international students. She is a well-published scholar with several books and dozens of articles, primarily on nineteenth-century British history but also on current public intellectual concerns.
