We are delighted that the Red Barron, aka Robert Richter QC will be joining us for lunch on Friday 4 March 2016 to discuss the legal and ethical dilemmas with death penalties in our neighbouring countries. Would the Bali 9 still be alive had they received different representation? Should they still be alive?
Robert is the former chairman of the Criminal Bar Association, former President of Victorian Council for Civil Liberties, former part-time Law Reform Commissioner for Victoria and former member of Bar Council.
