Sylvia has performed over a thousand marriage ceremonies, more than seven hundred funeral farewells, and many commitment and naming events, she has shared in some of the most intimate times in people’s lives.
Sylvia is a Civil Celebrant, was the Initial Director of the Melbourne Wine and Food Festival 1992 – 2004, with her husband Michael she established Cotswold House Restaurant in the Dandenong Ranges and is the author of “A Fare of the Heart: Reflections of a Restaurateur”.
