FreeHow do we really change our workplace culture.
It seems that for decades we have been talking about inclusion, diversity and psychological safety at work. Some of our largest corporations have spent millions on culture change and programmes addressing these issues. Why does gender inequality, bullying and other forms of harassment still seem to prevail and why does it seem to be worse for those that work in Politics. And why for example at middle manager level, there is still disparity in pay between the genders?
Do you have an interest in this topic a view or maybe you even have a solution? Please come along and join our MF Interest Group, Life and Times in person at the Kelvin Club on April 28 2021.
Remember, our interest groups are for members only and are kept to low numbers to ensure we each get plenty of airtime, so get in quick!
