She is a very experienced strategist and facilitator and a trusted adviser to leaders in many fields. She has been involved in the design of successful leadership programs.
Compassionate and insightful, she has been sought out to facilitate sensitive and sometimes confidential consultations with individuals and communities involved with particularly traumatic events, including for the Victorian Royal Commissions into the 2009 Bushfires, Family Violence (2015) and the Mental Health System(2021).
