Melbourne Stories with Dr Jacqueline Ogeil

A Members' only event

Hosted by:
Dr Michael Liffman AM

November 25, 2019 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

We are pleased to announce the return of the ‘Melbourne Stories’ lunch; a unique format in the repertoire of the MF.

With only a speaker and limited to twelve invited members, this format goes to the core of our objectives to bring to members the personal and extraordinary stories of the interesting people who permeate our life on a daily basis.

Dr Jacqueline Ogeil is the new Executive Director at Montsalvat, Australia’s oldest continuously active artists’ community.

Dr Ogeil is the Founder and Director of the Woodend Winter Arts Festival, the inaugural Director of Duneira and the Founder and Director of the ARIA finalist baroque ensemble Accademia Arcadia.

In 2015 Jacky was named by Westpac and the Financial Review as one of the 100 Women of Influence. She is an internationally respected artistic leader, performer and musicologist, specialising in historical keyboards.

Her story, and the one she will tell of Montsalvat, are wonderful examples of living for culture, with passion, energy and professionalism.
